Mark Weber adds firepower to .45s lineup

Humana .45s outfielder and leadoff hitter Mark Weber went 7-for-8 at the plate in two games with his new team in SASSL 60/65s summer league play Saturday, June 25, at Normoyle Park Softball Complex. The added firepower helped close the gap but wasn't quite enough for the .45s, who lost 17-13 to the spring league champion Silver Streaks and 10-9 to Weber's former Team Texas.
